DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS
At John Law Corporation it's not just about acquiring and selling land. We're ready to embark on exciting new development projects that will be crucial for attracting new tourists and residents to Saint John, New Brunswick and the surrounding area.
SOUTH BAY
South Bay is our residential/recreational development overlooking the Saint John River. The focus of this project is to allow residents to escape the clutter and noise of urban life, but also the mundane isolation of traditional suburbs. The strategic layout of homes and green spaces will encourage interaction among residents as well as allow one to reduce their stress levels naturally. Combined with a world class golf course, it will no doubt attract those who've come to expect the best.
RETREAT LAKE
Retreat Lake has a bit of nature for everyone. Its green spaces are picturesque yet accessible. Visitors will be able to hike numerous trails, kayak, bird watch or go swimming. If you're more interested in education partake in bee keeping and other sustainable farming workshops. Stay the night on Retreat Lake in one of our modern cabins complete with dock and skylight. One can reflect in peaceful solitude at our isolated cabin on Clear Lake looking out over untouched and protected forest.
